Would recommend going somewhere else for a lashlift as this was a sub-optimal experience (though the therapist was really lovely). Uneven lash lift and no corrections/solutions offered despite me pointing it out to them.

Lash lift - the experience was professional but the effect is disappointing - I was expecting more lift but the technician has recommended me to go for a “more natural” look that didn’t give much of a lift at all on my thin lashes. Also, the lash tint went onto my eye lid which I only noticed when I got home 😪 Considering how much more expensive this is comparing to average lash lift appointments in London I am disappointed. The brow wax was standard but felt rushed as the other technician who was supposed to do my brows was not available.
