Love my lashes! I went for a natural look and I love the result! I've been growing my natural lashes for months using growth serum therefore the technicianwas able to put a very full look and they look beautifully natural. Very happy! Worth the 2 hours of laying down!

I booked eyebrow hair removal and when I arrived I was asked ‘are you sure, there aren’t many hairs’. All I wanted was what hairs were there removed as I was off on holiday. The atmosphere was very bleak and dark so when I was asked to look and see if I was happy with them I couldn’t see much. The girl on the desk was slow and having difficulty using the payment method. I then returned home to tweezer the the hairs that hadn’t been removed feeling very disappointed and ripped off.

The lashes looked bad, wasn't russian as requested.
Also longer than the lashes I had in already.
