didn't quite get the look I was looking for. asked for natural but got a really dramatic look. friendly staff though.

The staff are friendly and sweet! It’s very clean. Bit odd lying sandwiched between two other clients on a treatment bed, but didn’t matter as had my eyes closed!
Rating the treatment low but perhaps it’s just my eye lashes, we are all different. It’s a long procedure (1 hr 45) and the curl lasted just a couple days. I followed the post care instructions to the letter and basically lost all curl after one wash of my hair (did make sure not shampoo or conditioner didn’t go in my eyes) seems like the steam straightened them right out. Will just get my eye lashes tinted in future (I would come back here for that as staff are lovely) and save the money on the curl by using those lash curlers you buy from boots which actually last longer!

The girl was lovely but I have one side that is way more eyelash heavy than the other and also have a slight infection in my left eye which I have been trying to clean and get rid of. All in all I wanted to be much happier than I am :(.

It’s my third time to get this and it’s getting so much satisfying as she knows what exactly i want! Ambience is so comfy so you might fall asleep when you’re in bed :)

Raluca is awesome! She is so sweet and talented. Every time she does my lashes I feel like a brand new woman! Couldn't be happier. :)
