The staff were very nice but sadly my lash lift was done really poorly with almost no lift effect as I usually get and there was tons of glue left on my lashes that I had to pull off with tweezers when I got home. Also the staff were talking about how they had to do a big clean of the place after my appointment which made me feel like it was not clean. Sorry to say not the best experience and don’t think I will return.

I visit Jiemao frequently but was a little disappointed with my last visit. The environment was not very relaxing (with lots of chatting and changing music) and it was 20 minutes before the beautician started anything - they were not prepared for me beforehand.

Tiana was amazing, made my lash lift look like extensions and she was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions and explaining every treatment to me with complete honesty, best service I’ve had at Jiemeo so far
