I have never tried eyelash extensions before and it was my first time. It took 2 hrs but it was worth it! I wish I could post a picture but my lashes look beautiful and with not that fake tone! They are amazing! I could not believe it would make such a difference. I will definitely go back for a retouch and continue doing my lashes in that salon. Annie was amazing and very sweet and her work is surgical! I am not going anywhere else. My treatment was Individual classic eyelash extensions and is recommended. The price might be a bit more expensive but I have no itchiness or swelling in my eyes. Neat clean place with a nice music background and excellent service!

This is the worst beauty experience I have has since starting going for beauty treatment. Forgetting the logistical issues around changing the time (had to call and text 4 times) the Regus not allowing me to use the toilets, when I told the therapist this she ignored me. I was taken to a toilet on the same floor as the treatment room and it was filthy and had not been cleaned I assume from the previous week. After all of this and on completion of the treatment I am not in agony and have two badly scratched and blood shot eyes. I have got drops to soothe this.
I have picture of my eyes and the state of the toilets which I am happy share should the salon wish to contact me but with my current experience - it is unlikely that will happen.

I've been having lash extensions for a long time and thought I would try Jiemao. Staff lovely however receptionist who is nothing to do with the company was extremely rude so that was unfortunate and not a great way to start. Sadly my lashes started coming out the day after and a week after they are continuing to come out in bits! I know how to look after lashes as I've been having them for a long time so I'm incredibly careful not to get them wet etc. It's such a shame because the technician was really lovely however for £135 it just isn't worth that amount.

I needed a touch up on my eyelash extension while on vacation so I booked an appointment with this place after saw their great reviews on yelp. My right eye needed more touch up than my left so I was hoping the lady was able to match the eyelash length and style on both eyes. Unfortunately the end results were not as great as I was hoping for. My new eyelashes on the right look shorter and not same style setting as my left eye. I wish the lady would tell me upfront if she can match it or not. I think this place would be great if you come here for a new set of eyelash extension or touch up from their original work. Overall, my experience was not great.

The lashes are beautiful and really well-executed, beautiful shape and natural, the lashes don’t stick together...however for a £60 touch up it’s on the experience side as the lashes take about 1 week before almost all of them are gone (I don’t wear eye make up or any make up at all)
