Very good job done by Annie, she is detailed and very responsible in her job. She put natural look on my lashes and I have never been this happy with a set!

The beds were really close together, normally I find eyelash extensions relaxing but I felt the space was too small and had no privacy. The space was very cluttered and messy, looking nothing like the photos. Additionally, one of the staff blasted rap on her headphones and I could hear that over the music they were playing which was really annoying and very unprofessional - either don't play music, play it lower, or invest in noise cancelling headphones. The person who did my lashes was professional and very thorough and walk me through what she was doing as I am a little new to this. I asked for natural lashes but they we a little dramatic, almost doll like and when I expressed this, the technician gave me no options but to have them removed or get used to them. Admittedly I am not used to them and am relatively happy but wasn't very impressed with the lack of solutions.
Overall, I was happy with the outcome, but the ambience was poor so I probably would look for somewhere more professional/relaxing.
