Annie is fantastic. She’s so gentle, you don’t feel a thing and I often drift off...! She’s attentive, makes sure to check what you want before she starts, and is super flexible if you say somethings not quite as you hoped at the end and always fixes it and then does it perfectly the next time. She’s just absolutely brilliant.
