This is my first time having eyelash extensions and I love them! My experience at Jiemao was fantastic - lovely clean and calming treatment room, friendly staff and great location right next to my office. I found the treatment itself very relaxing and already looking forward to going back for my touch up. Thanks so much!

The worst eyelashes I have ever had !
She took 3 hrs to do a set that hardly looks done. Bad choice of aesthetics of the lashes.
She was an inexperienced technician and I feel I was cheated of my money!

Lashes themselves look great, the only issue is that during my appointment one eye was done by one practitioner and then the other eye was done by another practitioner who then swapped with yet another one mid through - so essentially I could compare 3 people work haha!
I believe because of these changes, my appointment took longer than it is indicated on the website for 3D lashes, so please be aware you may need to stay there longer.
Quite pricey compared to other venues, but I guess it's because of the great central location.

The best eyelash extensions I ever had in London after been trying in a different places before, this is the best one. Dramatic look but yet still look natural and light. Credits to R who made me feels alive again with this beautiful eyelashes. Thank you very much. Absolutely will remain with her.
