Rosana was excellent she was incredibly professional whilst being very warm and engaging. The lashes themselves are the best I’ve ever had, she got very close to the roots. Beautiful shape I am so happy with them.

Usually It’s a pretty relaxing experience. Unfortunately the music was a little loud Which probably would not of made me as in comfortable if I was more confident with the procedure that was happening. I’ve been having my lashes done for many years but I could tell something was different. Results were okay but I could barely see any lashes and they seem to be clumping up in certain spots only a few days after my treatment. This has never happened before with Jiemao.

Time of the appointment was delayed by c. 15 mins a few hours before the start which was a bit inconvenient as there is no real waiting space inside. Brow wax was slightly uneven. Tinting faded significantly over the first week. Overall didn’t feel like great value even though the technician was very lovely.

Don’t ever go to this eyelashes clinic they are untrained therapist? Don’t judge them on there reviews are really good , they will charge you same like Harrods that day was busy so I prefer to do my wife treatment here because of there reviews and they are based in central london ? There price are high even service is not good ? If you don’t wanna take any allergies on your eyes don’t ever go this clinic
