Lovely lashes which look great. Really nice staff but weird being in an office and not so nice being very close to other customers. No-where to put personal items which is worrying when you are basically blind for two hours and can hear other people moving around near your stuff.

It was my first visit and wasn't quite what I was expecting. In terms of ambience, it doesn't look as nice as advertised online. Its an office room in a Regus office block with 3 beds crammed in (1 against the wall, a small gap and then the other two side by side). I had never been there before and there was no introduction or walkthrough of what what be involved for the LVL procedure.
Another customer was there at the same time and there's no privacy or relaxation. You sign a patch test disclaimer and lie down and they start on you without any words. Advertised as 1hr15 but I was done in 55mins after a late start. Afterwards I was escorted out (its a maze, you won't find your way out!) and I had to ask about after care myself. I would have expected to be told about it unprompted at the end of a treatment.
The result is ok. One eye looks nicer than the other as one curves up nicely and the other one looks stick straight up (looks like a kink at the bottom so more like an 'L' rather than a 'C' if you can imagine).
If you want a no nonsense experience in a convenient location as its right near Liverpool St station then I guess its fine. I think for the same cost, you can probably go somewhere nicer for the same treatment. LVL without tint is usually around the £50 mark anyway so its not like I got a bargain deal out of this no frills visit.

Had the nicest, most relaxing experience at Jiemao Lashes this afternoon. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. Would recommend
