I was underwhelmed by the volume of my lashes but pleased with the shape and left a 10% tip.
Over the next 3 days I had excessive fallout from the lashes and contacted the team to resolve, providing photos. I've had my lashes done several times and followed all instructions. I would expect this fallout around day 11-14, not day 3.
The team suggested a touch up but as was away with work I asked to reschedule and was then ignored by the team despite my efforts to contact them. Terrible service.

This is my 3rd time at Jiemao and they never disappoint. I have only gone in for lash extensions but this was my 1st time doing a lash lift and I'm so pleased with Rosanna's work!

That was my reply to a review request dated 15 Jul but no answer yet:
First of all the appointment did last 2h30 and I had to leave with unfinished brows "rectification" as I was late for my next appointment.lashes were ok-ish but not great. Some were ruined in the process.
But the noticeable disaster were my eyebrows. They were not only very wide and cut short but she tainted them in dark black black which I didnt ask for. We agreed for no taint as my brows are naturally very dark....
