The most painful lash removal experience ever!!!!!! So uncomfortable and unnecessarily painful. Lash extension staff was nice, and overall look was satisfactory.
Very confusing route to get to the lash room within someone else’s company. Strange.
Room is not as pictured and so much noise going on around. People opening delivery boxes, staff chattering to each other right whilst clients are getting serviced.

Staff at the salon did not take time to listen to me as I was trying to show them photographs of my desired look. Staff wanted to rush into the procedure without listening to me. The staff member who did my lashes assured me she would do the exact style I showed and I walked out with the specific style I said I did not want. I think the staff should not rush into the appointments and really work on listening to what the client wants.
