My eyebrows have been absolutely butchered. Far too much has been taken out from the centre and also from the ends of each brow. The shaping of the brows is utterly disgraceful and I wanted to cry afterward.
The pricing is also very misleading, I thought I was only paying £55 but apparently you have to pay that again at the end of treatment.
It has taken me years to get my brows back to a place I’m happy with after losing all my hair as a result of chemotherapy so it’s very upsetting for me now I’ve lost half of them again due to this god awful place.

I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my lash lift/ extensions. The space is peaceful, clean, calming. And Salina is a dream! Rambo is super cute, too.

Great service from Jiemao Lashes + Brows. Really happy and satisfied with my tinted eyebrows and 3D volume Russian eyelash extensions. When Andra does eyelash extensions, she makes sure she does what you ask for and will make it suit your eye shape. All staff members very welcoming and friendly - made me feel extremely comfortable. When getting my treatments done, a lot of care and effort were put in. Every time I come here I always know I will be happy with the end result.
