Experience was OK but was disappointed with the results of the lash lift, as I didn't notice any difference from my natural lashes. I have done lash lifts in the past in other places and noticed quite a difference. So I was disappointed with the results this time.

Nice and relaxing treatment. Super cosy place although location between offices is slightly strange.
I got double charged as their advertising is very tricky. I paid certain price through the app and then they charged me the "other 50%". Ad is a bit dirty and like I said, made to trick customers.
Everywhere else on Treatwell you prepay. Other places are much cheaper than £120 for lash extensions. Also a couple of days later and I'm already losing some of the lashes.
