The result was amazing but I was charged additionally the full price of £30 for removal which is not really justified as I didn’t have that many lashes on anymore (only one eye needed the solution/remover). Also I think in general that’s a bit expensive for a max 15mins removal. But overall I loved my technician. She was wonderful and explained every step and made me feel comfortable. Hence I would come back.
