Lash artist didn’t understand the words ‘weight’ or ‘thickness’(!) Ended up with heavy, extremely fake looking set despite asking for ‘very’ natural and showing pictures.
The lash technicians chatted to each other constantly (constantly!) in Romanian throughout, not relaxing at all. Other reviews say the same so clearly not addressed.
Charged for 30mins more than time due to technician being late.
Complained and offered 20% off next visit (no making it right). Follow up email ignored.

Very pleased with lashes but took too long. Was meant to be 1 hour and 15 mins but took over 2 hours! Too much time spent talking to her colleague.
