very welcoming place! made me feel comfortable when i got my ear piercing, explained the process and aftercare as well. only took a few minutes. lovely people working there, definitely coming back if i want new piercings

Jinny and all the staff were absolutely amazing and really nice! First time there and definitely will go again!! She was really accommodating since I was a bit worried about a piercing and made it very quick and efficient!
