I had the 90 minutes Ayurvedic massage which was amazing. Thanks to Anu, who worked out all the knots and tensions, I left feeling almost floating.

Ambience was right, staff polite however during my phone discussion with one of the staff before booking appt was regarding the correct massage to release stress /tension and I was assured the Indian head massage was the perfect one, I was also told that during consultation I will be asked about areas that need more attention.
Consultation involved me filling out a consent form and handing it back to the staff, there was not discussion or even time to discuss. The head massage was pleasant because of the atmosphere and the sweet smell of the oil otherwise nothing special, I left feeling tense- that wasn't the idea, especially with what they charge! Btw, if you're booking through treatwell make sure you have your confirmation of price to hand, they were charging me £65 instead of £55 as agreed on treatwell, when I highlighted this (and I would have happily paid the £65 if the massage did what it was suppose to or even paid it in tip) they required proof followed by not knowing how to discount it on the till! That's the last thing you want after a massage!
