Amazing treatment. Recently very disappointed with an Ayurveda spa in St. John's wood so tried an abhyanga here. Jivita is So much more authentic, professional, friendly and a treatment worthy of an Ayurveda resort. Staff are excellent and booking very simple. Highly recommend.

No frills massage, 10 mins late, no short introduction consultation, tiny tiny room that could barely fit the bed. Lots of background noise. No face mask so I used a towel. Massage was very light. Nice team but not worth £75
