The massage itself was lovely but this is the second time I've left feeling a bit frustrated rather than relaxed. Anu is amazing at what she does but seems rushed and disinterested in doing anything other than the massage. On the website it says for the treatment I had that you get to choose which oils you would like used, there was absolutely no conversation about this. She asked about injuries and when I said I had general aches and pains across my back, she literally said nothing. When I came out afterwards she offered me water but didn't ask anything about how I had found it, how my back felt or anything. Again, the quality of the massage is excellent but for £90 you expect even a little bit of effort to make you feel relaxed and valued.

Regular customer at Jivita. The quality of the massage is always good. This time, though, the therapist did feel as if she was in a bit of a rush. It was the end of the day and it felt like she wanted to get through it as quickly as possible, which didn't make it as relaxing as it should've been unfortunately.
