Was truly a great experience I was made feel really comfortable with light chatter and she was really attentive making sure she wasn’t causing me any extensive pain or discomfort!

My booked therapist was unavailable, but the owner was fantastic and telephoned me beforehand to see if I was ok seeing a different therapist. My treatments were excellent and I left feeling relaxed and pampered. Salon was quiet due to Covid but staff were very chatty and I've booked in for more treatments in the new year.

Jazz has done wax on my face last week. Skin came off from some areas and very painful and red and black rashes , hurted like burning affected areas..she said my skin is so sensitive...I have done waxing before from other shop . Never ever had any problems. I have done waxing on 13 th of this month..today 27 th .still my face has left over affected areas present. What’s the point I have done my waxing with her ? People keep asking to me what happened on face?
