Disappointed to have been cancelled on For a second time with a 12 hour warning with a text sent at 11pm! No mention of a time to reschedule or cancel and offer a refund. I was asleep and only saw the message 3 hours before the scheduled appointment. Really disappointed, have been coming here for 3 years and will definitely not be returning especially if this is how regular clients are treated..

Showed up to my appointment on Friday only to be met with shrugs from all the staff there as the technician that was meant to be doing my Lash Lift wasn't there. Apparently she doesn't work on Fridays. I had booked and paid for my treatment already, and she didn't pick up any of my calls. Completely irresponsible, I took time off work and travelled for this. 0/5.
