The room I had my treatment in was too warm, there was no AC and the windows were unable to open. There was also loud building works outside which meant the appointment wasn’t very peaceful. There was also no facility to fill up my water bottle from.
She didn’t explain what she was doing at each stage of the treatment, and it wasn’t until I promoted her she explained what she was doing.
The appointment does not last 1 hour as suggested in the description, it lasts 40 minutes so I felt a bit cheated of my money to be honest.
After my appointment my lashes are crimped and do not look uniform. I kept them dry and followed her exact orders.

Very punctual, I arrived early and the therapist was free so I saw her there and then. She explained what she was doing through out. My lashes turned out amazing. I cant believe they are my own!!!
