Nails are looking great. Joanna paid a lot of time and attention to my nails and the whole gel process. Would have given this higher rating but we had to use one of the beauty treatment bed as the room where manicure should have taken place was not available.
The Hollywood wax took about 35 minutes which is quite long in my experience and it was more painful than usual. It was fine, but not the best. Good value though.
