Joanna was lovely, explaining everything well and allowing for an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The bed was comfy and blanket was a nice addition. You can hear the music from the salon downstairs which is a shame but didn’t hinder the experience. She did a fantastic job. I am really happy with my lashes!
