I felt very safe in Joanna's hands, she really knew what she was doing and she did an excellent job. I was delighted with the treatment (microdermabrasion).

Pedicure done very nicely by lovely lady. No pedicure chair , but half ly on beauty bed and the tools didn't look very hygienic.

The hot wax was the most painful I've ever had despite many years of waxing. Although this was partly down to the hair growth, this has never been an issue elsewhere. Also a lot of the hair still remains which isn't great straight after a service.
