I was embarrassed regarding the loyalty discount. I reached the 10% off on my last visit b4 this very one and I asked for the discount but was told it will be activated on next visit. It didn’t sound ok but I just let it go. I went there this Friday 14th April and asked for it since it didn’t happen the last time. I was told I already took it & when I tried to explain, their reaction was just off & other clients were all looking at me like I am a thief. I am so pained. Their work is good though.
