I felt rushed and seemed like the lady was not interested in what she was doing. Had to ask few times to correct and do again. In the end was happy for nail polish to be removed to be able to do myself at home as lost my patience. Other lady came over and done the polish for me and saved the day. Even though in the end my file and polish was done I would not recommend it or would go back again.
