While the majority of my appt wasn't with staff 1, the young guy who did the general BIAB prep did still do a very good job and then the gent who is staff 1 did my extra nail art in tortoiseshell design at the end which was brilliant. Thanks so much.

I love getting my nails done at JK nails. Tried gels on natural nails after many months of BIAB I felt it was time to transition away from this. One nail did chip but was repaired free of charge (only if you return within 3 days) Overall a great experience as always.
