Found lady who did my nails rude, first time going in and had booked online through treatwell was told not to do that again as it charges them for the booking, why they would have that option in the first place I don’t know. I went in for a pedicure and acrylic gel nails, got charged £41 for the acrylic nails (just basic white nails and different cost to what the booking stated). 100% wouldn’t go back, felt uncomfortable the whole time.

Won’t be going back, new gel colour I had put on was uneven, nails were not filed straight, small bubbles seen in the nails, nail varnish around the outside of the nail. They seem to make the prices up as they go along. I couldn’t be bothered to complain there and then but I won’t be going back

Had a mani pedi before I was meant to go on holiday. Had booked and paid online for extensions. I arrived on time but they were running late and didn’t have enough time to do the extensions before they closed. Insisted I hadn’t paid for nail extensions so refused a refund. Ended up just having shellac and they didn’t last 3 days on either my hands or toes.
