Ivy barely made any contact and made me feel uncomfortable. My nails were different on each hand and some were very very thick and ugly
My pedicure was very brief and not very thorough, she cut my toenails very short. When I went in to get my nails removed she continued to question this and trying persuade me to have infills/ repainted. They were so thick I could not work with them on,They had to go. I was then Questioned if I’d ever had nail extensions before… I have not as thick as these!

Denied that I had booked an appointment until I showed them the text Treatwell had sent confirming the booking. Even then made no apology, just did my nails in complete silence, until she cut my finger and then all of sudden she wanted to talk. Very poor service and attitude.
