I arrived at the salon and they weren’t aware of my booking. They then told they no longer offered what I had booked (powder nails). As I’d already paid I said I’d have gels instead which she seemed less than willing to do. They had music blasting so loud it gave me a headache. My nails are all different lengths and shapes - won’t be going back to this salon

It was o e of the worse experiences I have had getting my nails done and I would not go back again. It was for a special occasion but the people working there were very rude and were talking in there own language most of the time. The lady doing my nails (not Karen I believe) even managed to make two fingers bleed. Horrible experience
