Terrible visit. When we arrived we’re we’re told we couldn’t have one of the treatments I had booked and paid for. They refused to give me a refund and I was told to send an email. I’m still waiting for the refund. In addition to the treatment which wasn’t available, I had booked my mother and J for a manicure both at the same time. Again. They didn’t seem to know we were booked. We eventually got our manicure but separately, which ruined the experience. Helen’s attitude was rude & unhelpful
They didn't know I was coming because they had not checked Internet bookings. I had to wait 25 mins before they were ready. They kept me waiting and did not explain what was happening. After 20*minz waiting I had to ask for an update.
