After treatment was told I can not book online through treatwell if I wanted to collect loyalty points on their KK nails cards. When I said I always have done, he told me the manager told him this.
If the salon does not like it or want you to book online, then why does the salon have an online booking system in place with treatwell??

The staff are very rude. The atmosphere is not relaxing, there was extremely loud techno music on while I was there. I paid on treatwell, and after my nails were finished the manager told me I had to pay more as treatwell price was wrong, and I had to pay in cash.
