Had Gel polish on my toenails, was told to pay £3 extra as the price was incorrect on Treatwell. They should not have done this, once it's paid, there should be no further charges.

fairly certain I was massively overcharged for the manicure, I did chose to have 2 nails in a glitzy colour which I expected to pay more for but not an additional £12!
fairly uninterested staff busy talking to one another in a different language which doesn't make you feel very valued. seeing as the final price matched upmarket salons I will choose one of those next time
