I had booked to get acrylics done and paid for nail art thinking that would cover for what I got (French tips with 2 hearts one on each hand and letter over one of the hearts ) when I went into the salon I was told I had to pay an additional £14 for gel colour staff were very friendly

We booked timed appointment and arrived in time. We were seated and Harry began to get things ready. Then another customer came in and he basically went and served them and just left me to wait 25 minutes. No apology and was very rude.
