fairly certain I was massively overcharged for the manicure, I did chose to have 2 nails in a glitzy colour which I expected to pay more for but not an additional £12!
fairly uninterested staff busy talking to one another in a different language which doesn't make you feel very valued. seeing as the final price matched upmarket salons I will choose one of those next time

Unfortunately unable to rate the treatments as the Salon was not able to fulfil my booking. I booked this online and even prepaid but on the day the Salon appeared to have no record of my booking. I ended up rescheduling the treatment in 2 weeks time, hopefully no issues then! Visited them on one previous occasion and the treatments itself was good - just a shame that internet bookings seems to not be managed very well.

Unfortunately my booking was delayed by 1 hour which is a shame as the whole point of booking a time slot is so you go at that time! Also, there wasn't any notification to say this place is cash only so please bring cash people!
