I can’t recommend this shop highly enough always going above and beyond with the work and help.

The level of service had to be 5 star . Very clean and welcoming.
I got the haircut and bread from jk himself and havent looked back. Service jk brings to the table is amazing even when fulled book he contacted me to if he could still fit me in.
She got the hair salon extras which was done by susie (which she did a amazing job) also had the nail tech (paula) do her nail refill and pedicure which was amazing work . Highly recommended hair salon
I first found JK the barbers when I was looking to have my young sons haircut. He has sensory issues and a fear of having his haircut. Johnny was recommended on a FB page, so I went with this reccomendation and have to say that I was most impressed with the service provided. I was invited to bring my son in during the quiet time at the salon. Johnny introduced himself to my son, explained that he was going to cut his hair and how he would go about it. Johnny is a very gentle and understanding man, he managed to put my son at easy and we have our first haircut without tears!
While, I have been taking my son for his haircut, I have had the opportunity to watch Susie (hairdresser) at work. Her knowledge and skill was very impressive, so much so, that I left my hairdresser of over 10 years and bow wouldn't see anyone other than Susie. She is highly accomplished across the board and I am always 100 per cent satisfied every time I have, colour, cut or blow dry.
My recommendation doesn't stop there, as the lovley Paula -Nails By Paula, provides an extensive nail service. I am super fussy and a perfectionist, however over a week later and my nails are still looking fresh.
Paula is highly skilled and knowledgeable from general conversation with her you know instantly, that she has many years experience and is genuinely happy and committed to providing her clients with a service nothing less than perfect. She was able to match my nail colour to a pair of shoes from a photo that I had sent to her (it was for a themed party) I left feeling like a valued customer and I hope she doesn't mind me saying, but Paula definitely undersells her skill as the price was far cheaper than anything I have paid for a salon based service. Thank you Paula!
The salon is a full of heart and a whole lot of soul, based on my visit, I would highly reccomend all of the services that they provide.
(Side note. My year 4 old son was with me, he was offered a selection of fresh fruit, real nice touch from the usual sugary treats that other salons offer)
I have been using this salon for myself & my kids for close to 2 years now always found the staff very welcoming, I was so happy to find out they had a new nail technician on site.
I have now had my nails done 3 times by Paula each time lasting over 3 weeks to a month so her work is to a high quality standard unlike the other nail salons you find in most high streets that the Vietnamese run like a shuttle service that only last 2 weeks if your lucky!
Paula takes her time with her clients ensuring you are 200% happy with your results. She has a keen eye for detail & top customer services.
Been in Jk the barber and hairdressers a few times now for hair treatments and nail treatments both excellent value and fantastic results highly recommend.
