never experienced anything like this before & I have had waxing done a vast amount of times. Firstly when she was doing the Hollywood wax she had taken phone call’s in her earphones which I found to be extremely rude & talking about where her grater was to her husband like seriously, she also kept using the same wax paper like over & over & over some more you could actually see that it was full of hair, missed a lot of hair on leg, massive bruise on my private area & skin off my nose horrible
