My neck, shoulders and back massage was amazing! It was so relaxing and Jennifer was so welcoming and friendly. I was running late and called ahead and Jennifer was so understanding and went out of her way to reschedule my appointment so we could still have the full allocated time.

Great in-depth sports massage with some cupping therapy on the back. . Was suffering shin split .. massage has worked wonders

I went to see Jen about a trapped nerve in my shoulder. I couldn’t lift my arm that morning. She did some exercises with me and then gave me a back, neck and shoulder massage. I felt instant relief and was able to put my jacket on! I will definitely be returning :)
