First time at JM Waxing. Location is central and easy to get to from the centre and east of the city. Salon space is clean, spacious, tranquil and stylish. Jo was welcoming, attentive in hearing my requirements, professional and made me feel very comfortable and in safe hands. End result - well done and exceptional experience.
