Due to last minute hospital appointment, I had to change two of my wax dates! Not only did Jo accommodate this seamlessly, she also messaged to offer further support. As per usual, my wax was fantastic and Jo always makes me feel so welcome.

First of all, Jo 'squeezed' my last minute booking into her busy schedule, then treated me as if I were a long-lost friend (rather than a first time customer), and then gave me the finest, most painless backward I've ever had. I was on my way back to Norway from the UK but (were it not for the carbon footprint) I would consider flying to Edinburgh just for her services!!
