Jo was friendly and careful. The wax was the perfect temperature and she was quick and efficient, it was almost painless. The room was clean and bright. She made sure to pluck any stray hairs. This is the smoothest I've ever felt from a waxing. Thank you, Jo. You're the best!

I wanted to share this feedback because I had been having a tough week the day I came in for a wax. I was with my 9m old son and Jo was simply amazing. She was kind, empathetic and all round amazing. Her waxing skills are great but her personal and human touch made my week and I felt better instantly. Thank you Jo!
