No is so welcoming and so good at what she does. Had such a great convo she distracted me from the pain of the actual wax. She’s through and so quick was out of there in 15min. Fantastic

2nd time round for this treatment... 1st time was definitely worse! So don't let the 1st experience put you off.
Jo is excellent, professional, non stop talking so gives you a distraction but still keeping you at ease.
