Very happy with the wash and blow-dry, and final result - wavy style. There was no waiting - I went straight in for shampoo - so I was out in around 30 mins, which was brilliant. Only slight issue was that the original email confirmation said 9.30 but the online message said 9.45 - I assumed 9.30 was still correct - which it was; but it would be best for the 2 to state the same time.
