My absolute favourite place, where I used to go every single month, used to love all 3 ladies working there, but the new lady who provided the service literally left me in tears.
When you spend £92 just to get your hair dyed, you expect to leave the salon looking better than before, but this time I literally left having to hide my hair, only because my treatment didn’t include a blow dry. Was never a problem before, always left the salon looking presentable but unfortunately not this time :(
