Happy with my haircut, but didn’t get offered a drink and the water temp whilst washing my hair seemed to change quite a lot hence -1 for ambience

Small 10 min delay from previous client going over. Hairdresser was kind and communicative and asked lots of questions to find out exactly what I wanted and made recommendations.
