Jo was very instinctive and found all the knots and strained areas in my back. She was very knowledgable about pregnancy and post-pregnancy bodies. I felt so much better afterwards - like a weight off my shoulders!

I booked last minute for an emergency treatment as I woke up with extremely sore back and neck - postnatal issues. The message was firm, just as I wanted it in order to alleviate blockages of circulation and pain. I left the room feeling taller. The therapist was amazing - very friendly, empathetic, knowledgable and professional. You could tell she has turned her passion into business. I will definitely go back!
