I’ve been twice - first experience was good. Joanna was nice and manicure was fine. Place is cramped but fine for price. The second time my gels started chipping after 6 days. I would normally go back and ask for them to be redone but Joanna was very difficult last time - I asked if I could pay extra for a manicure instead of just polish but she said because I booked through treatwell she would only do it if I paid £10 (rather than £5) as I had been been before so should have booked directly
