Poor service, I made an appointment and spoke to the lady via phone to ask if they took card payment before I arrived, she said yes and asked what it was I was coming in for, I told her I used treat well and booked in for a hair colour, when I turned up she let me sit there for ten minutes before coming over and telling me she was too busy to do my hair and the girl who does colours is off... Poor service and communication, the fact she could have told me over the phone and then let me sit and wait a further ten minutes before telling me she was "too busy all day" ... Will not be booking in to this salon again. Terrible customer service.
