This was my first ever wax so I was a little nervous. From the get go Joanne made me feel at ease, I actually had a bit of a giggle. In and out really quickly would highly recommend 😀

Had a french polish on my toes but when I got home and the polish had dried I realised my nails were all different shades & the white on the french polish was pink-tried texting Joanne twice to ask her to fix my nails but never received a reply, needless to say I would never go back!
